Do you hate exercise or do your workouts lack purpose?

All exercise is the same right? It makes you sweaty and gross, takes up so much time and is sometimes boring.


Like just the idea of getting up and fighting your way into a sports bra is too much (why do they make them so damn awkward?) let alone getting out the house and going to the gym.


Because every time you go to the gym you float around, starting with a 30 minute slog on the treadmill of course. You hop on a few machines, if they're free, doing a few reps here and there but your whole workout feels pointless.


This is such a common problem for gym goers and probably one of the reasons why heading out to the gym feels like such a chore.
